TALENT – Where are they hiding?


Talent is currently branding itself on-line.

Post your jobs online and advertise on social media:  Today everyone relies on their smartphone, pad, tablet, laptop… Here, they are likely to see your job advert communication coming in or through someone forwarding, sharing or re-tweeting.  Don’t we all miss that advert in the print media that goes out once or twice and that’s it!

While you will get an overwhelming response from job seekers who are actively seeking employment, the quality of applicants may not be what you are looking for.


Overtime Sourcing from Internet, LinkedIn, online resume databases… to discover and identify qualified candidates is more proactive and offers significant control over candidate qualifications.  This approach will lead you to the targeted talent who may be non-job seekers at the time.
