Human Resource Tips at your doorstep…
It is usually assumed that coaching and mentoring is more for persons in active employment pursuing their careers.
While at university, students may begin to be involved in coaching and mentoring programs, preferably formalised by the university. Coaching supports changes in studying, learning and research habits leading to excellent academic achievement. Mentoring provides guidance and motivation especially at time of transitioning into university life and later employment life. It prepares students for adult life.
